Yoga For Strength And Flexibility With Michelle Ireland
In Michelle’s yoga classes we move in and out of poses (asana) with the rhythmic flow of the breath to calm the mind. Time-honored Hatha yoga bridges each pose to the next. Through concentration based on breath awareness, you are guided into finding increased endurance, flexibility, circulation balance and strength. Flowing through gentle sun salutations or dancing like a warrior, explore the inner self while building strength and flexibility.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
Wear comfortable clothes. Please bring a mat to class. You may also want to bring a pillow and blanket.
Cost is $20 each class or buy a 10-class pass good for one year for $150.
