Workshop 1 – The Heart Of The Matter

Offered on two occasions:

Saturday, March 7 10-11:30AM or 

Tuesday, March 10 7:30-9PM

This workshop is the first in a series to help you regulate your nervous system in a chaotic world. 

Create inner peace by balancing the nervous system and connecting to Universal Source to be a catalyst for peace and love in the world. 

In this workshop you will experience a Mindfulness Body Scan, Awareness Through Movement (ATM) ™, Heart Coherency Meditation and  Heart Link To The Angels.

In this Year of the Fire Horse create dramatic change and transformation.

Please wear comfortable clothes to be able to move freely. This class will be using a chair and a mat – please bring a mat to class.
