This is a great class for beginners to those at an intermediate-level of fitness. It’s lots of fun!

Whether you are brand new to fitness, recovering from a setback or just looking for a calmer alternative to a big gym, this class is for you. The benefits are quantifiable; better mobility, muscle strength, balance, sleep and confidence about yourself. The socialization of a small group fitness class is an all important bonus. If you like to increase the strength benefits, bring 1, 2 or 3 lb. weights and also, water for energizing hydration. Please bring a mat to this class. 

This class is suitable for all ages and most fitness levels.

About Our Instructor MARY LYONS-KIM:

After eight years as a founding partner of a volunteer based transportation service based in Bergen County, Mary continues to help others live vital and vibrant lives through fitness, certifying through AFAA (Group Fitness) and IFA (Senior Fitness Instructor).

Mary is committed to enriching the community through her volunteer work at various local non-profits and of course, bringing the rewards of fitness to others. The joyful gratitude of family life, along with treasured friendships✨, inspires her. Cooking, reading and beach time round out her days.
