Tibetan Singing Bowl Workshop

Do you want to learn about Tibetan Singing Bowls? Do you have a bowl you want to hear sing?

In this experiential workshop, with Mary Ann Gebhardt, you will learn about the history of Tibetan singing bowls, how to play them, and learn about their healing vibrational tones. The class will end with a beautiful sound meditation where you can experience the vibrational sounds and relaxation they bring.

You can bring your own singing bowl(s) but it is not required. There will be plenty of other bowls here to hold and experience.
