Hatha Yoga With Julia Redl
Hatha yoga is a foundational, slower-paced style focusing on aligning the body and balancing energy through sustained poses, breathing, and meditation. It benefits practitioners by reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and enhancing core strength, making it ideal for beginners as well as those more advanced. Classes emphasize holding postures for several breaths to foster mindfulness and physical stability.
More about Julia, your Instructor: “I started my yoga practice more than 15 years ago as a way to help manage anxiety. I found that yoga gave me the foundation to continue my life with purpose and strength. Since then I have deepened my practice and knowledge for the mind, body and soul.
I prioritize making my yogis feel welcomed and comfortable, while pushing you just a little further than the class for growth

Julia completed her 200hr YTT from Chakra Yoga Flow at Ananta Yoga in 2015. In 2016 she graduated from the School of Ayurveda in Kirpalu. In 2023 she graduated from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage, completing her certificate as an Ayurvedic Health Consultant and a Licensed Massage Therapist.
