Our Retail Store and Thermography clinic are open 10AM-6PM Monday-Friday and 10AM-4PM on Saturdays. We have extended hours for classes and special events.
Please note that our Monday 10AM Yoga class is on pause for the next few weeks but will resume as soon as possible.
Yoga For Strength and Flexibility class is in person on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30PM.
We offer a free trial class for each type of class. Please call us before attending one of our classes for the first time.
