All About Crystals With Tracey Anngel

One of the topics we are asked often here at Vista is what is the purpose behind various crystals and how are they used as tools in various “healing” practices.

Join crystal expert Tracey as she discusses a brief history of various crystals, their compositions, cleansing and charging, relevance to the chakras and their intentions for use. There will be a Q & A session at the end to have your specific questions answered relating to crystals.

You will also receive handouts and crystals to take home with you.

Your Instructor for this interesting event is Tracey Anngel. She has had an interest in health and wellness  and the natural world since childhood. In addition to her background in Exercise Science and as a Certified Yoga Instructor – she possesses a Professional Certification in Crystal Healing, along with Certifications in Reiki, IET, Sound Healing as well as Angelic Teaching.
